What happens after the 45-day trial ends?+
If you haven't added a card, your account quietly downgrades to Free on day 46. Your data stays exactly as it was — every memory, decision, and connection. Free-tier limits (100 questions/month, 90-day rolling retention, 1 user) apply going forward. You can upgrade at any time and everything snaps back.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+
No. Sign in with email, pick Professional or Enterprise, and you're in for 45 days. We'll email you near the end of the trial; if you add a card before then, you continue uninterrupted. If not, automatic downgrade to Free.
How is "per seat" counted?+
A seat is one person who can sign into your workspace. Adding a teammate to your org adds a seat to your bill on the next invoice cycle. Removing someone removes the seat at the end of that cycle (no proration sting). Enterprise has a 5-seat minimum; Professional caps at 10.
Can I switch between Professional and Enterprise?+
Yes, anytime, in-product (Settings → Billing). Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What about taxes / VAT / GST?+
Reattend uses Paddle as our merchant of record. Paddle handles all tax collection and remittance for the 30+ jurisdictions where it's required (EU VAT, India GST, US state sales tax, etc.). Your invoice shows the tax line; you don't need to file anything on our behalf.
What if I want on-premise deployment?+
On-prem (or single-tenant cloud) is available for Enterprise customers under a custom contract. Common for government and regulated-industry buyers.
Book a demo and we'll scope it together.
How do I cancel?+
Settings → Billing → Manage subscription opens Paddle's customer portal where you can cancel in two clicks. Your account drops to Free at the end of the period; data stays intact.
